The conference on “System of Scientific, Technological and Business Information” with the specific theme “SSTBI as a support for decision making in management and evaluation of scientific-research and research-development work” will take place at the Faculty of Information Technology in Belgrade, Serbia, on June 19-20.

During the second day of the conference a round table on «Evaluation of R&D work» will be held.

The conference is organized as a continuation of previous activities in the field of S&T and business information, in accordance with the conclusions from the recently held conferences organized by a number of IT organizations.

The main topics of the conference will be:

• The concept of development of SSTBI as a part of infrastructure of information society;
• Taken activities on some logical networks of specialized systems; available national and international sources of specialized SSTBI;
• Contents and services of SSTBI;
• Proposal of measures and actions on the establishment, development and functioning of SSTBI;
• Development of information society;
• Information systems in SSTBI.

At the meeting the anniversary of 130 years from the birth of Milutin Milanković, the famous Serbian astronomer and mathematician, will be appropriately marked.
